MCT oil (palm kernel oil and coconut oil), lecithin ( soy ), curcumin, resveratrol, quinine, vitamin D3 (25μg/500% NRV*), ginger extract, orange oil.

Mix the contents of one tube (2ml) with at least 200ml of still water or fruit juice and consume within 15 minutes. See preparation instructions below.
